The Urda railway station is located on the Tallinn-Keila railway line, between Laagri and Padula railway stations and approximately 15 kilometers southwest from the Baltic station which is the main railway station of Tallinn.

It is served by the Laagri railway stop on the Tallinn-Turba line, Elron's western route which also serves the Laagri subdistrict of Nõmme. Laagri is situated 3½ km north of Jälgimäe.
