Egyek is a large village in Hajdú-Bihar county, in the Northern Great Plain region of eastern Hungary. Olympian László Mucza was born here. Before World War II, there was a Jewish community. Egyek is situated 4½ km east of Tó-hát.
Tiszafüred

Tiszafüred is a town in Lake Tisza region in the east of Hungary near the Hortobágy National Park. It is a favourite tourist spot and offers many recreational activities such as water skiing, bush walking, and thermal baths.
