The Patleina Monastery of Saint Pantaleon is a ruined Bulgarian Orthodox monastery. It is an archaeological site situated at the outskirts of the capital of the First Bulgarian Empire, Preslav. Patleyna monastery is situated 3 km north of Otaka.
