Konitsa is a town of Ioannina in Epirus, Greece. It is located north of the capital Ioannina and near the Albanian border. Konitsa lies northeast of a group of villages known as the Zagorochoria. Konitsa is situated 7 km southeast of Dervéni.

Molyvdoskepastos, known as Depalitsa until 1929, is a village located in the municipality of Konitsa, in the Ioannina regional unit, Epirus, Greece. It has a population of 45 people and is the birthplace of former Greek President Karolos Papoulias. Molyvdoskepastos is situated 9 km west of Dervéni.
