Yeşilköy is an affluent neighbourhood in the municipality and district of , , . Its population is 25,039. on the Marmara Sea about 11 kilometres west of Istanbul's historic city centre.

The Mor Ephrem Syriac Orthodox Church is a Syriac Orthodox church in Yeşilköy on the European part of . Opened in 2023, it is the first and only church built in Turkey since the foundation of the Republic. It is dedicated to Ephrem the Syrian.
