The history of Emirali is shrouded in mystery, but it is known that in 1877–1878, during the Ottoman-Russian War, immigrants came to the area from Romania, Bulgaria, and Greece to the area of Thrace. Emirali is situated 2½ km northeast of Emirali Deresi.
