Chambarak is a town and capital of the Chambarak Municipality of the Gegharkunik Province of Armenia. The current Chambarak town was formed by amalgamation of three settlements: Krasnoselsk, Lower Chambarak and Upper Chambarak. Chambarak is situated 2½ km southeast of Geghadzor.
