Tkvarcheli is a town in Abkhazia, a breakaway region of Georgia. It is situated on the river Ghalidzga and a railway connects it with Ochamchire. Akarmara, an area within the town, is a ghost town with abandoned apartments and factories which became uninhabited in the early 1990s due to the War in Abkhazia, and is home to just 35 residents today. Tkuarchal is situated 3 km southeast of Bol’shoy Gedzhir.

Arasadzykh or Arasadzikhi is a village in the Ochamchira District of Abkhazia, a partially recognized state claimed by Georgia. The 2011 Abkhazian census recorded a population of 409 people. Arasadzykh agu is situated 4½ km northwest of Bol’shoy Gedzhir.
