Pallai railway station is a railway station in the town of Pallai in northern Sri Lanka. Owned by Sri Lanka Railways, the state-owned railway operator, the station is part of the Northern Line which links the north with the capital Colombo. Pallai railway station is situated 3½ km southeast of Ittavil.

Mirusuvil is a town in the north Sri Lankan city of present it is in the High Security Zone which includes Muhamalai the check-point which collapsed after the tensions between Government security forces and the LTTE in late 2006 which ended in the closure of the A9 road. Mirusuvil is situated 9 km west of Ittavil.
