Kud is a town and a notified area committee in Udhampur district in the Indian union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee Tunnel, also known as Chenani-Nashri Tunnel, is a 9.28-kilometre-long road tunnel connecting the towns of Chenani and Nashri in Jammu and Kashmir, India.

Patnitop is a small hill-station town in the Jammu Division of Jammu and Kashmir, far away from the military tension in the Kashmir Valley. Origin of the name Patnitop is a distortion of the original name of "Patan Da Talab", meaning "Pond of the Princess".
