Paletwa is one of the westernmost towns of Myanmar, in Chin State, 18 kilometres from the border with Bangladesh. It borders with Mizoram State of India and Chittagong Division of Bangladesh. Paletwa is situated 2½ miles northeast of Leingdaung.
