Ngayokaung is a town in southwestern Ayeyarwady Region within the Ngayokaung Subtownship, Ngapudaw Township, Pathein District, Myanmar. It is a coastal town on the Bay of Bengal near Goyingyi Island. Ngayokaung is situated 3½ miles northeast of Conical Cape.
