Shimen, or Shihmen is a district of New Taipei. It lies on the north coast and is home to the most northerly point on the island of Taiwan.

Danhai New Town, previously romanized as Tamhai New Town, is a large residential development in Tamsui District, New Taipei, Taiwan. It was first proposed as a new town in 1992. Danhai New Town is situated 9 km southwest of Sizhanqiao.
