Mailiao Gongfan Temple is a Mazu temple located in Mailiao, Yunlin County, Taiwan. The temple is protected as a national monument, the highest designation for a historical site within Taiwan.

The Yong'an Temple at Mailiao Township, Yunlin County, Taiwan is a temple dedicated to the deity Kai Zhang Sheng Wang, who his followers refer to as the "Sacred Duke, Founder of Zhangzhou City". Yongan Temple is situated 2½ km north of Mailiao.
