San Isidro Labrador Parish Church, commonly known as Lazi Church, is a Roman Catholic church in the municipality of Lazi, Siquijor, Philippines within the jurisdiction of the Diocese of Dumaguete. Lazi Church is situated 3½ km southwest of Saguing.

Lazi, officially the Municipality of Lazi, is a municipality in the province of Siquijor, Philippines. According to the 2024 census, it has a population of 23,092 people. Lazi Church is currently in the tentative list for UNESCO World Heritage Sites under the Baroque Churches of the Philippines. Lazi is situated 3½ km southwest of Saguing.
