Lingayen, officially the Municipality of Lingayen, is a municipality and capital of the province of Pangasinan, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 107,728 people.

Being in a somewhat fertile plain, the area is known for agricultural products like corn crops carabao milk, duhat wine, nipa hut roofings, tuba and other products. Bugallon is situated 8 km southwest of Nagpalangan.
