Lake Balinsasayao is one of three crater lakes rising 1,000 feet above sea level located within the Balinsasayao Twin Lakes Natural Park, an 8,016.05-hectare protected area covering the municipalities of Valencia, Sibulan, and San Jose in the province of Negros Oriental, Philippines. Lake Balinsasayao is situated 3½ km north of Manlangco.

Lake Danao is the smaller of the two lakes located in the Balinsasayao Twin Lakes Natural Park in the southern part of Negros Oriental in the Philippines; the other being Lake Balinsasayao. Lake Danao is situated 3½ km north of Manlangco.
