Mount Balungao is an isolated inactive volcano located in Pangasinan, on the island of Luzon in the Philippines. Rising to a height of 382 metres ASL, it is located in the town of Balungao, about 5 kilometres from the town center. Mount Balungao is situated 3½ km southwest of Esmeralda.

Being in a somewhat fertile plain, the area is known for agricultural products like corn crops carabao milk, duhat wine, nipa hut roofings, tuba and other products. Rosales is situated 9 km west of Esmeralda.
