Pedro Brancia Yeto was a lieutenant assigned to the U.S. Signal Corps during World War II. He had set up a wireless radio relay station on this island which lies at between Guimaras Island and Guiuanon Island on the Province of Panay in the Republic of the Philippines.

Panubulon Island is an island barangay located southeast of Nueva Valencia, Guimaras in the Philippines. Beside Panubulon is Guiuanon Island. This island was affected by an oil spill last August 11, 2006. Panobolon Island is situated 3½ km east of Cabalagnan.
