Its distance from Krakor and NH5 can vary from two to seven kilometres, with the seasonal expansion and shrinking of the lake. Most inhabitants are Vietnamese-speaking people. Kompong Luong is situated 3 km west of Phumĭ Kâmpóng Khnéas.
