Kep

Kep is the smallest province of covering 336 km2, with a population of 41,798. It is one of the newest Cambodian provinces, together with Pailin, Sihanoukville and , created by Royal Decree on 22 December 2008, which separated Kep Municipality & Damnak Chang'aeur District from the , as well as adjusting several provincial borders.

is a small seaside town in , popular with lots of Cambodian beachgoers and a fair number of international visitors, who come not just for the beach but also for the dense forest you can hike through on the hill behind the town.
