Noto Jima

Notojima is a volcanic island in the Nanao Bay portion of the Sea of Japan, less than 500 meters off the coast of the Ishikawa prefecture in Japan. Notojima Island is administered as part of Nanao city.

Notojima Aquarium is a public aquarium located on the north coast of Notojima in Nanao, Ishikawa Prefecture. It is a member of the Japanese Association of Zoos and Aquariums, and the aquarium is accredited as a Registered Museum by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.
