Military Hospital 175 is the central hospital for the south region of the ministry of defense, located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. It was founded in 1975 by unifying a few military medical divisions and units, most notably K116, K72, and K59, initially to serve veterans and military officers after the Vietnam War.

The Saigon Zoo and Botanical Gardens, or known locally as The Zoo, is Vietnam's largest zoo and botanical garden. The Saigon Zoo and Botanical Gardens was commissioned by Admiral Pierre-Paul de La Grandière in 1864, and was opened to the public in 1869, making it one of the world's oldest continuously operating zoos. Saigon Zoo and Botanical Gardens is situated 4 km south of Âp Đông Nhì.
