The district has 13 administrative units, including two towns, and Tuy Phước, and 11 communes: Phước Thắng, Phước Hưng, Phước Hoà, Phước Quang, Phước Sơn, Phước Hiệp, Phước Lộc, Phước Thuận, Phước Nghĩa, Phước An and Phước Thành.
