Luoxing Subdistrict is a subdistrict of Mawei District, Fuzhou, Fujian, China. The subdistrict had a population of 60,117 as of 2010. Luoxing Subdistrict is situated 5 km northeast of Huangshi.

Mawei is in Southeast China, about 20 kilometres southeast of Fuzhou, downstream along the Min River. It is a small town by Chinese standards; its population was 232,000 in the 2010 census.

Yutian is a town under the administration of Changle District, Fuzhou, Fujian, China. As of 2018, the town has a population of 43,358 within its 54.7 square kilometers area. Yutian is situated 9 km southeast of Huangshi.
