The Great Mosque of Surakarta is an 18th-century Javanese mosque in Surakarta, Central Java, Indonesia. It is the royal mosque of the Surakarta Sunanate.

Tumurun Private Museum is a private museum in Surakarta, Indonesia's Central Java. The Lukimento family, the founders of Sri Rejeki Tekstil Inc, Asia's largest textile manufacturer, commonly known as Sritex Inc, run the museum, which opened in April 2018.

The National Press Monument is a monument and museum to the national Indonesian press. Formally established in 1978, more than 20 years after it was first proposed, the monument is located in Surakarta, Central Java, and operated by the Ministry of Communications and Informatics.
