Fevralsk is an urban locality in Selemdzhinsky District of Amur Oblast, Russia, located between the Selemdzha River and its tributary the Byssa, about 340 kilometers northeast of Blagoveshchensk, the oblast's administrative center, and 204 kilometers southwest of Ekimchan, the administrative center of the district. Fevral’sk is situated 8 km east of Tulupovskoye.
