Arsenyev is a town in Primorsky Krai, Russia, located about 160 kilometers northeast of Vladivostok, the administrative center of the krai. As of the 2010 Census, its population was 56,750. It was known as Semyonovka until 1952. Arsen’yev is situated 8 km south of Stantsiya Daubikhe.
