Chulman is an urban locality in Neryungrinsky District of the Sakha Republic, Russia, located 41 kilometers from Neryungri, the administrative center of the district, on the Chulman River. As of the 2010 Census, its population was 9,766. Chul’man is situated 6 km south of Chul’makan.
