Mannum is a historic town on the west bank of the Murray River in South Australia, 84 kilometres east of Adelaide. Mannum is the seat of the Mid Murray Council, and is situated in the state electoral district of Hammond and the federal Division of Barker. Mannum is situated 4½ km southeast of Long Gully.

Locality
Ponde is a locality in the Murraylands region of South Australia, on the inside of a bend on the left bank of the Murray River. Its name is derived from the Ngarrindjeri name for the Murray cod. Ponde was the site of an annual music festival from 1979 to 2002. Ponde is situated 9 km southeast of Long Gully.
