The Warren River forms much of the north-western boundary of the locality and its mouth is just on the other side of the border in Yeagarup. Callcup is situated 3 km south of Dombakup Brook.

The Vasse Highway forms the northern border of the locality while the Warren River forms its southern and the Donnelly River some of its western border. Yeagarup is situated 8 km northwest of Dombakup Brook.
