Russkaya Koshka is a spit that divides the Anadyr Estuary from the Gulf of Anadyr. The name literally translates as "the Russian cat"; but in fact, koshka is the dialectal word for "sand spit". Russkaya Koshka is situated 8 km southwest of Bukhta Klinkovstrema.
