Town
Médina Yoro Foulah is a small town with commune status in south Senegal. It is the chief settlement of Médina Yoro Foulah Department in Kolda Region, close to the border with Gambia in Haute Casamance. In 2013 its population was recorded at 3,000. Médina Yoro Foulah is situated 9 km southwest of Sare Debo.

Bansang is a town in the Central River Division of the Gambia, with a population of 8,843. Although the official government center of the Division is located in Janjanbureh downstream, Bansang has better access to the more affluent coastal region of the country, and is sometimes considered the unofficial "upcountry" economic capital. Bansang is situated 10 km north of Sare Debo.
