Quero is a municipality in the province of Toledo, Castile-La Mancha, in central Spain. According to the 2012 census the municipality has a population of 1,311 inhabitants, down from a total of 3,101 in the 1930 census. Quero is situated 7 km east of Laguna del Taray.
