Abacaenum
Archaeological site
Abacaenum was an ancient city of Magna Graecia in Sicily, situated about 6.5 km from the north coast, between Tyndaris and Mylae, and 13 km from the former city. Remains of the city have been excavated from 2005. Abacaenum is situated 3½ km east of Basicò.

The Argimusco is a high plateau situated just north of Mount Etna in Sicily, Southern Italy, between the Nebrodi and Peloritani Mountains. It is located within the boundaries of the communes of Roccella Valdemone, Tripi, and Montalbano Elicona, the latter of which was constructed on the site of the prehistoric Abaca Enum. Argimusco is situated 8 km south of Basicò.
