Ta’ Ħaġrat Temples

The Ta' Ħaġrat temples in Mġarr, Malta are recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, along with several other Megalithic temples. They are amongst the world's oldest religious sites. Ta’ Ħaġrat Temples is situated 3 km northeast of Wied tal-Baħrija.

Fort Binġemma

Fort Binġemma is a polygonal fort in the limits of Rabat, Malta. It was built between 1875 and 1878 by the British as part of the Victoria Lines. The fort was illegally occupied by the Buttigieg family from 2009 till 2025, who occasionally used it as a restaurant.

Zamitello Palace

The Zamittello Palace, also known as Castello Zamittello or Zamittello Tower, is a 19th-century Victorian countryside folly on the outskirts of Mġarr in Malta. Zamitello Palace is situated 2½ km northeast of Wied tal-Baħrija.

Baħrija is a village in Rabat, western Malta, with a low population density. The name Baħrija means moth in Maltese. It is also known in English as Baħria, of which the Counts Moscati had owned the fiefdom that was granted by the Grand Master of Malta.

Mġarr, formerly known as Mgiarro, is a village in the Northern Region of Malta. Mġarr is a rural village, isolated from nearby towns and cities. Mġarr lies west of Mosta and is surrounded by farmland and vineyards. Imgarr is situated 3 km northeast of Wied tal-Baħrija.

Golden Bay

Golden Bay is one of the bays and sand beaches in Malta. It was previously known as Military Bay. The white beach slopes gently allowing swimmers to easily walk into the sea. Golden Bay is situated 3 km north of Wied tal-Baħrija.
