Gamleborg, also known as Gamleborg Viking Fortress, was the first fortification on the Danish island of Bornholm. Built around 750 AD, it was the seat of the kings of Bornholm during the Viking age and early Middle Ages.

Aarsballe is a village located in the centre of the Danish island of Bornholm. It is at a crossroads formed by the main road from Rønne to Østerlars and a secondary road from Aakirkeby to Klemensker. As of 2009, it has a population of 86. Aarsballe is situated 3½ km northwest of Bornholm.

Østerlars is a village in the northeast of the Danish island of Bornholm, 6 kilometres south of Gudhjem and 5 kilometres northwest of Østermarie. It is best known for its round church, the largest on the island. 1. January 2025 it had a population of 254. Østerlars is situated 5 km northeast of Bornholm.
