Windsor Castle is a royal residence at Windsor in the English county of Berkshire, about 25 miles west of central London. It is strongly associated with the English and succeeding British royal family, and embodies almost a millennium of architectural history.

Windsor and Eton are twin towns, in Berkshire, in the South East of England, separated by the River Thames and joined by Windsor Bridge. Windsor is an ancient town most famous for its castle, construction of which began in 1075, and which is the largest and oldest occupied castle in the world.

Eton is a town in Berkshire, England. It is located on the River Thames opposite the town of Windsor, to which it is connected by Windsor Bridge. The civil parish of Eton, which also includes the village of Eton Wick two miles west of the town, had a population of 4,692 at the 2011 census.
