Undy is a village in , south east , adjoining the village of with which it forms the community and parish of . It is located about 3 miles west of Caldicot and 10 miles east of , close to the junction of the M4 and M48 motorways, and adjoins the Caldicot Levels on the north bank of the .

is a 36-hectare wetland reserve, located on the Welsh side of the Severn Estuary. It is managed by the Gwent Wildlife Trust. It has a great variety of habitats, including damp hay meadows, sedge fen, reed bed, scrub and wet woodland.
