Ram’s Island is the largest island in Lough Neagh, Northern Ireland. It lies near the eastern shore of the lake and is about one mile long by one-quarter mile wide. Thickly wooded, it is a wildlife haven and includes the ruins of a medieval Irish round tower. Ram’s Island is situated 2½ miles southwest of Crumlin River.
