It is 20 miles 46 chains down the line from London Charing Cross and is situated between Knockholt and Sevenoaks stations. Dunton Green railway station is situated 1½ miles east of Chevening.

St Mary's Church is an Anglican church in Sundridge, Kent, England, and in the Diocese of Rochester. It is Grade I listed. The building, originally of the 12th century, was enlarged in the 13th and 15th centuries, and restored in the 19th century. St Mary’s Church, Sundridge is situated 1½ miles south of Chevening.
