Breukelen is a railway station located in Breukelen, Netherlands. The station was opened on 18 December 1843 and is on the Amsterdam–Arnhem railway. It is also the northern end of the Harmelen–Breukelen railway.

The hamlet was first mentioned in 1138 as "juxta lacum qui vocatur A", and refers to the Aa River which is a tributary of the Angstel River. Oud-Aa is situated 2½ km north of Kortrijk.
