Portbou is a railway station serving Portbou in Catalonia, Spain. It is on the Barcelona–Cerbère railway and the Narbonne–Portbou railway. The station is owned by Adif and is served by Rodalies de Catalunya regional line R11 and Girona commuter rail service line RG1 and TER Occitanie trains also serve the station. Portbou railway station is situated 2½ km north of Illa Grossa.

Colera is a small coastal village on the northern Costa Brava, in the comarca of Alt Empordà, between Portbou and Llançà near the French border. Sheltered in a quiet bay where the Albera mountains meet the Mediterranean, it offers uncrowded pebble beaches, clear waters and a laid‑back atmosphere even in high season.
