Mykland is a rural village in northwestern Froland municipality in Agder county, Norway. It is located along the Norwegian County Road 42 about 28 kilometres northwest of the village of Blakstad and about 30 kilometres southwest of the village of Åmli. Mykland is situated 8 km southeast of Mjåvatn.
