Hyllestad is the administrative centre of Hyllestad Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. The village is located at the end of the Hyllestadfjorden, about 7 kilometres northwest of the village of Leirvik and about 10 kilometres southeast of the village of Sørbøvågen.
