The village sits along the north side of the river Jøra, about 3 kilometres to the northwest of the village of Follebu and about 5 kilometres to the northeast of the village of Forset. Segalstad bru is situated 7 km east of Bjørge.

Svingvoll is situated 9 km northeast of Bjørge.
