Sibillini Mountains
The Sibillini Mountains, or Sibylline Mountains are one of the major mountain groups in the Italian Peninsula, and part of the Apennines range. Most of the peaks are over 2,000 m; the highest is Monte Vettore at 2,476 m.

Colle La Croce, or simply La Croce, is a mountain in the Marche, Province of Macerata, in the Monti Sibillini National Park, at 1623 above mean sea level. As of the 21st century, La Croce is covered in meadows and secondary growth up to its peak.
