Shielmartin Hill or Shelmartin is a peak on Howth Head in County Dublin, Ireland. From it can be seen Portmarnock, Sutton, Bull Island and the coastal areas behind it, and most of Dublin Bay. References to it being called Shielmartin go back to at least 1654.

Sutton is a residential suburb on the Northside of Dublin, Ireland. It occupies the tombolo which links Howth Head to the mainland, some of the lower slopes of Howth Hill, and a little of the adjacent coasts. Sutton is situated 2½ km north of Sutton Creek.

Howth is a small seaside town historically in County Dublin, 14 km northeast of Dublin city centre. It's on a "tombola" peninsula - once an island, it became connected to the mainland by a sandy isthmus, which is now the residential area of Sutton.
