Stoodley Pike is a 1,300-foot hill in the south Pennines in West Yorkshire in northern England. It is noted for the 121-foot Stoodley Pike Monument at its summit, which dominates the skyline above the market town of Todmorden and the moors of the upper Calder Valley.

Baitings Reservoir is a large water supply reservoir operated by Yorkshire Water close to Ripponden in the West Yorkshire Pennines, England. It lies in the valley of the River Ryburn, is the higher of two reservoirs built to supply Wakefield with water and was completed in 1956. Baitings Reservoir is situated 2½ miles south of Calderdale.

Todmorden is a pleasant town in Calderdale in West Yorkshire; it is considerably less visited than its better known neighbour, Hebden Bridge. 'Tod' is at the far west of Calderdale, bordering on Greater Manchester and Lancashire.
