Medway
Medway is a unitary authority area with borough status in the ceremonial county of Kent in South East England. Upnor Castle is an Elizabethan artillery fort located on the west bank of the River Medway in Kent. It is in the village of Upnor, opposite and a short distance downriver from the Chatham Dockyard, at one time a key naval facility.

The cathedral is the mother church of the Church of England Diocese of Rochester and seat of the Bishop of Rochester, the second oldest bishopric in England after that of the Archbishop of Canterbury.
